    How to get to the Cook Islands

    • Air New Zealand and Jetstar fly via Auckland 
    • Jetstar operates direct flights from Sydney to Rarotonga four times a week – on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays – with an additional Saturday flight available from May to October 2025. Departing Sydney at 9:30pm, flights arrive in Rarotonga on the same day, between 6:30 and 7am.
    • No visa is required for stays of up to 31 days. All passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of departure from the Cook Islands.
